Maria’s Haddock Recipe
Pan Fried Haddock, Plaice, Red fish fillets or Cod fillets/loins.
For 4 people, approx. 2 lbs.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice from 1-2 lemons
Salt & Pepper
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
A little olive oil
All mixed in a large enough bowl to hold fish.
Approx. 2 lbs. fillets or loins
Cut the fillets/loins in to portions small enough for the frying pan and marinade for at least 30 min.
Melt butter or oil of your choice (butter tastes better).
Roll fish in flower and fry.
Serve with a fresh “Farmers Market” salad, potatoes, and lemon slices to squeeze over your fish.
