Kati Mauksch’s Salmon Fillet Recipes

Kati Mauksch is the nicest person you can meet and she gave us these 3 great simple recipes for all of us try!

  1.  Pan cooked Salmon Fillet with sorrel sauce added  (chopped sorrel, little butter, bit of sugar, lemon, touch of sour cream and flour).
  2. Saute onion, cubanelle or Italian pepper in strips, chopped tomato and add a little paprika at the end. Cook the fish on one side, turn and add the vegetables mix and finish cooking.
  3. Saute chopped scallions or shallots in olive oil, remove and save. Slightly flour the fish and season with ground yellow mustard (ground coriander seed), pepper, dill and salt. Add a bit more oil and touch of butter to pan, saute fish on one side, turn and add a little sour cream and onion. Gently sprinkle with paprika before serving.
